1. Participation
Eligible users may create one unique affiliate code and share it subject to these terms.
PrankShit may reject or suspend participation for fraud, abuse or material breach.
2. Discounts and commissions
The customer discount and affiliate commission rates are shown in the account and may be set globally or individually by the administration.
A commission is created only for an eligible paid order attributed to the affiliate code. Self-referrals and attempts to circumvent attribution rules are prohibited.
3. Commission lifecycle
Commissions may be pending, approved, paid or cancelled. Refunds, payment reversals, fraud or invalid attribution may cancel a commission.
Only approved commissions are eligible for payout.
4. PayPal payouts
Affiliates can provide a PayPal email that may differ from the account email.
The administration sends approved earnings to the PayPal email stored at payout time. A historical snapshot of that address is retained with the payout record.
The affiliate is responsible for providing a valid PayPal address and for any tax or reporting obligations applicable to their earnings.
5. Promotion rules
Affiliates must not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, paid-search trademark abuse or unlawful promotional methods.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship where required by applicable advertising or consumer law.
6. Changes and termination
Program parameters may change prospectively. Already paid commissions are not retroactively reduced.
Pending or approved commissions may be reviewed before payout where fraud, refund or attribution issues are suspected.
