1. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, its exercise and exceptions depend on the type of digital product and applicable law.
2. Downloadable digital content
At checkout, immediate supply of downloadable digital content requires a specific express consent and acknowledgment. Where the legal conditions are met, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins.
3. Unlock/access services
For unlock/access services, checkout requests express immediate performance. Mandatory law determines whether a withdrawal right remains and whether a proportionate amount is due for service already supplied.
4. Technical problems and duplicate charges
Contact support@prankshit.com if a paid product was not delivered, is materially inaccessible due to a PrankShit technical fault, or you believe you were charged more than once.
Requests are reviewed against payment records, delivery/usage records and mandatory law.
5. Fraud, abuse and policy violations
Suspension for fraud, code sharing, chargeback abuse or unlawful use does not automatically create a refund entitlement, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
6. How to contact us
Send the order reference, purchase email and a concise explanation to support@prankshit.com.
