1. Seller and scope
The seller is PrankShit Unlimited Ltd., trading as PrankShit, at 42 Meme Harbour, Prank Bay, PBK 4040, Malta, Malta. Contact: support@prankshit.com.
These terms apply to consumers and other customers purchasing digital downloads or unlock/access passes through the PrankShit shop.
2. Products
Products are digital only. They may consist of downloadable files or time-limited access/unlock passes for one or more PrankShit generators.
The product page states the essential characteristics, price, duration and applicable generator scope before purchase.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes for this demonstration configuration.
Payment is processed by Stripe. PrankShit does not store full payment-card details.
The final checkout action clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
4. Contract formation and delivery
An order is created before redirection to Stripe and becomes paid only after server-side confirmation from the payment provider.
After confirmed payment, unlock codes are generated or renewed and digital download rights are created. Delivery information is shown on the success page and/or sent by email.
5. Withdrawal and immediate digital performance
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period under applicable law.
For downloadable digital content supplied without a tangible medium, immediate supply may begin only after the checkout consent requested for that purpose. Where the legal conditions are met, the consumer acknowledges that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins.
For unlock/access services, the customer expressly requests immediate performance during any applicable withdrawal period. Any remaining withdrawal right and any amount due for performance already supplied are governed by mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Unlock codes and renewals
A paid unlock pass creates a personal code with the purchased duration. Renewal keeps the same code where the product is compatible.
An active code is extended from its current expiry. An expired eligible code is reactivated from the renewal confirmation time.
Default technical limits currently include two registered devices and anti-sharing controls. Abuse may trigger a temporary block or suspension as described in the service interface.
7. Acceptable use
PrankShit generators are intended for entertainment, parody, creative demonstrations and other lawful uses.
You must not use generated material for fraud, extortion, harassment, identity theft, false evidence, deception in financial transactions, falsification of official records, infringement of third-party rights, or any unlawful purpose.
You remain responsible for the content you enter and for how generated visuals are used or published.
8. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and personal unlock codes.
PrankShit may suspend access reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, payment fraud or material violations of these terms.
9. Digital downloads
Download links are personal, time-limited and subject to the download quota shown or configured for the purchased product.
You must not share private download links or attempt to bypass access controls.
10. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
PrankShit is not responsible for unlawful or misleading uses of content created by users.
11. Complaints and consumer mediation

12. Law and changes
Governing-law information: These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.. Disputes relating to this demonstration configuration are deemed to fall under the competent courts of Malta. Serious arguments over fake screenshots should preferably be settled over pizza.
The terms version accepted for an order is recorded. Later changes do not retroactively replace the version recorded for that order.
